Sedana Medical’s Nomination Committee established

According to the principles for the appointment of the Nomination Committee in Sedana Medical AB (publ), the Nomination Committee for the annual general meeting 2023 shall be composed of members appointed by the three largest shareholders as of September 30, along with the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The composition of the Nomination Committee has now been established, and Sedana Medical today announced that the Nomination Committee for the 2023 Annual General Meeting consists of:
- Thomas Eklund, Chairman of the Board
- Karl Tobieson, appointed by Linc AB
- Malin Björkmo, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder
- Jan Andersson, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder
The Nomination Committee represents 29.3 per cent of all voting rights in the company as of September 30, 2022. The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals for resolution by the 2023 General Meeting pertaining to the election of Chairman of the Meeting, fees and composition of the Board, auditors’ fees and the election of auditors and, if necessary, proposal for changes in the instruction to the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the Notice to the Annual General Meeting 2023 and on Sedana Medical’s website, www.sedanamedical.com.
Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to Sedana Medical’s Nomination Committee can do so by sending an e-mail to info@sedanamedical.com (subject “Nomination Committee”) or by letter posted to Sedana Medical AB (publ), Attn: Sedana Medical Nomination Committee, Vendevägen 89, SE-182 32, Danderyd, Sweden. A proposal must reach the Nomination Committee no later than by March 20, 2023, to be included in the notice to attend and the agenda for the annual general meeting.
