By filling out the registration form, you will get access to Sedasource, an online scientific portal and resource provided by Sedana Medical AB (publ) (“Sedana Medical”). We collect your personal data to deliver the service. The legal basis of personal data processing when delivering this service to you, including access to the system, is the performance of a contract. When filling out the registration form, your personal data will be shared with third party vendors such as Apptech AB, our web service provider. This personal information will be processed solely for the purpose of dealing with your registration. In addition to the portal service, we may send you other similar information we believe may be relevant for you. Such information is shared with you based on our legitimate interest, and you may at any point in time object to such material by following the instructions included in the message or by contacting us.

The personal data we collect is contact details such as your name, profession, email, and workplace. We store the personal data provided in the registration for as long as you take part in the service. All personal data, including access to the system, will be removed after five (5) years since the latest point of system access. However, you may choose to terminate the service at any time by reaching out to us, upon which we will erase your personal data within 30 days.
