Your mission

As a Senior/Junior Sales Manager or Application Consultant/Application Manager, you will be responsible for the introduction and expansion of inhaled sedation therapy in your region as part of a multi-professional team.

Your tasks
  • Build and maintain customer relationships: Develop and manage long-term relationships with our key customers.
  • Strategic customer identification: Identify and prioritize customers with high value for Sedan Medical.
  • Training and introduction: Be responsible for the introduction and expansion of new hospitals and intensive care units.
  • Market analysis and strategy: Conduct regular market and area analyses and independently implement strategies to meet budget requirements.
  • Implementation of the company vision: Act in a targeted manner to realize the company’s vision and goals.
  • Shaping the business strategy locally: Contribute to the local business strategy by identifying and taking into account the needs and perceptions of customers.
  • Promoting teamwork: Work together across functions and regions to maximize company performance.
Your profile
  • Completed commercial and/or (intensive) nursing training with several years of professional experience. Sound medical knowledge is a must.
  • Ideally experience in sales in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry with an existing customer base/network.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and beyond.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
  • Independent and systematic way of working.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Ability to work in a team, hands-on mentality, confident demeanor and assertiveness.
  • High flexibility in terms of working hours and tasks.
  • Valid class B driving license.
